BULLYING: VIOLATION OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS AT SCHOOL
Abstract
Bullying can be characterized as a social issue, which generates social, sentimental, family and health impacts on children and adolescents. In this sense, the present study focuses on Bullying among children and adolescents. The objective of this work was to evaluate the occurrence of school bullying. The methodology was literature review. Bullying commonly occurs in a school environment, involving the aggressor, the victim and the public, which is generally made up of students from the school itself. Unfortunately, this type of violence can cause irreparable damage to the victim, in addition to violating human rights, such as human dignity. This article shows that bullying occurs in school environments, teachers, in most cases, notice the occurrence, but do not know or do not take more practical actions that can save the lives of children and adolescents.
