BRIEF CONSIDERATIONS ABOUT LEGAL ARGUMENTATION
Abstract
Argumenting means to present, defend and prove an idea, a proposition, aiming to persuade the interlocutor about the plausibility of what is being affirmed. During the practice of their respective professional activity, the Law operators employ various types of argumentation, in order to protect the theses presented in various forums. Therefore, it is fundamental to consign some lines about the subject.
