REVOLUTION 4.0 IN JUDICIAL POWER: MAPING THE USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELIGENCE IN BRAZILIAN COURTS
Abstract
The objective of this article is to map the use of artificial inteligence by Brazilian Judiciary, identifying the courts where it is already estabilished and the functions it performs. Institutional portals and some specialized websites spread sparse news on this subject despite the constant need for updating, hindering the elaboration of systematic studies. The present research aims to provide more detailed and consistent information about the technological reality in some judicial organs in the country and what can be expected on this subject in the near future. The methodology consisted in a bibliographic review of articles on this subject.
