DYNAMICS OF THE FEDERAL JUSTICE SYSTEM:
analysis of the efficiency of the judiciary section in Maranhão, base year 2018
Abstract
A pesquisa dissertou acerca do princípio da eficiência no âmbito da Justiça Federal da 1ª Região, centrando-se na Seção Judiciária do Maranhão (SJMA), tendo como objetivo analisar o desempenho da referida Seção para descobrir quais fatores impulsionaram a eficiência lograda em 2018. Para isso, foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa exploratória, de cunho qualitativo, que abarcou o procedimento bibliográfico e documental. A partir dos dados analisados, concluiu-se que a alta produtividade dos juízes federais e dos servidores públicos federais, aliada à baixa despesa total da Seção Judiciária em questão, constituíram os pontos determinantes que justificaram a efetivação da eficiência no ano-base 2018. Infere-se, assim, que a referida eficiência revela um perfil de instituição pública de diálogo dinâmico e contemporâneo, uma vez que o sistema da Justiça Federal deslindado na abrangência da SJMA tendeu em gerar alcance social e a satisfação dos usuários.
