REFLECTIONS ON THE NATURE OF THE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
Abstract
The object of the present paper is on the nature of the criminal procedure. The objective is to demonstrate the importance of the theme and the study of this discipline in science of law, passing through the works of its major developers: Bülow, Goldschmidt and Fazzalari, revisiting the bibliography of these authors and other ones who wrote about the same theme.
